Briana Lovell, Medi Spa Manager

Briana may already be a familiar face — whether you’ve spoken with her on the phone, connected with her online, or been welcomed by her in the spa. As the Medi Spa Manager at Grace & Purity Medi Spa, Briana helps oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring each part of the client experience flows seamlessly with care, professionalism, and intention. From coordinating behind the scenes to supporting both clients and staff, her dedication and compassionate leadership shine through in everything she does.

Briana graduated from Saint Vincent College in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and began her professional career shortly after graduation. After spending several years focused on raising her three beautiful children and building a life centered around faith and family, she returned to the professional world with a renewed passion for people, organization, and service — ultimately leading her to Grace & Purity.

Outside of the spa, Briana enjoys spending time with her husband, Jason, and their children, traveling to Disney whenever possible, and growing in her faith.

Missy Palmer, CLT, Medical Esthetician, PMU Artist

Missy Palmer, CLT, is a dedicated Medical Esthetician who proudly received her esthetician licensure from Indiana County Technology Center (ICTC). Her extensive training at ICTC equipped her with the essential skills and knowledge for a successful career in the beauty and wellness industry.

With a passion for skincare and a devotion to helping others look and feel their best, Missy continually seeks to expand her expertise. She earned her laser technician certification from the prestigious National Laser Institute and completed continuing education for her permanent makeup certifications.

Guided by the belief that "You are fearfully and wonderfully made" (Psalm 139:14), Missy is committed to providing exceptional care and fostering confidence in her clients.

Andrew Fisher, PA-C, CLT, Injector

Andrew is a physician assistant certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and a member of the Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants (PSPA). He studied at Seton Hill University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2014.

He has worked the entirety of his career in the greater Pittsburgh area and currently works in general surgery.

Andrew offers injectables including BOTOX® and dermal fillers in addition to differing laser treatment modalities.

Maria DeCario, MPAS, PA-C, Injector

Maria is a physician assistant certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and a Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants (PSPA) member. She studied at Saint Vincent College in 2017, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, and at Seton Hill University, graduating with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2020. Maria has worked clinically in plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine.

At Grace & Purity, Maria administers injectables, which include BOTOX®, Dysport®, and various dermal fillers. She also performs laser treatments. Maria is passionate about skincare and ensuring her patients feel confident about themselves. She truly enjoys her career and is excited to be a part of the amazing team at Grace & Purity.

In her spare time, Maria enjoys spending time with her husband, son and baby girl.

Jamie DelGallo, BSN, RN, Nurse Injector

Hi, I’m Jamie! Based in Pittsburgh’s South Hills, I’m excited to be part of Grace & Purity Medi Spa.

With 8 years of ER/Trauma nursing, I bring a strong clinical, patient-focused approach to aesthetics. I specialize in natural, refreshed Botox results that enhance your features, and I’m passionate about helping you feel comfortable, confident, and truly at home in your own skin.

Outside of work, I’m a wife and new mom to a beautiful baby girl.

Christine Conrad, Marketing & Branding Manager

Christine serves as the Marketing & Branding Manager for Grace & Purity Medi Spa and Operations & Branding Manager for Sanctus Spa & Salon. With over 20 years of experience in marketing, branding, public relations, and business operations, she is passionate about creating elevated client experiences while helping both brands grow with purpose and consistency.

A graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism/Public Relations, Christine specializes in brand development, social media marketing, creative content, photography, and strategic business operations. She oversees marketing initiatives, promotions, branding, team development, and operational systems while helping ensure a seamless and five-star experience across both companies.

Christine loves combining creativity with leadership to build meaningful connections with clients, staff, and the community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband Michael, their son Kaleb, daughter Stella, and their spoiled pup Ruby. As a family, they love camping, beach vacations, spending time outdoors, relaxing by the pool, and going for walks.

Tara Stowers, Owner

Tara is the owner of Grace & Purity Medi Spa as well as the salon owner of Sanctus Spa & Salon. Tara received her bachelor's degree in management from the University of Pittsburgh, and only one month after graduation enrolled in Empire Beauty School, choosing to follow after her mother, who enjoyed a career in cosmetology for 35 years. After graduation and gaining industry experience, she continued her education at Murrysville Healing Arts School of Massage, where she pursued massage therapy, and she is a licensed Pennsylvania Massage Therapist. She is also Babe Lash certified in lash extensions.

Gaining varied spa and salon experience and taking a leap of faith into owning her salon has been such a fulfilling journey, especially spiritually. The spa and salon industry is truly Tara's calling life; it feeds her creativity and provides so many experiences to share her love for Christ, "We are all created equally and beautifully, and I can honestly say that I love having an impact on helping find confidence, excitement, and beauty in their inner and outer selves!"
